We are looking to hire two energetic well organised Office Administrators supporting a range of departments from basic office administration, customer care, logistics and operations to join Sweete in a full time permanent role.
Office Administrator
Role and duties
  1. Answer all incoming calls and queries from consumers, suppliers and clients
  2. Book taxis and couriers
  3. Sorting all incoming and outgoing post
  4. Filing
  5. Data entry
  6. Promotion fulfilment
  7. Customer care support
  8. Admin support for sales, operations and production departments
  9. Ad hoc duties
Skills/Requirements
  1. Experience in office administration 1-2 years
  2. Experience in customer care 1-2 years
  3. Experience with MS Office Suite including outlook, word, excel and powerpoint
  4. Natural communicator, comfortable dealing with consumers and clients by phone and email
  5. Motivation and drive for customer care
  6. Ability to multi-task prioritising work and use your initiative to make decisions
  7. Excellent attention to detail and highly organised person
  8. Very outgoing with strong communication skills
  9. Confidentiality and discretion
  10. Fluent English

Contract:       Full Time Permanent
